Work Schedule

Before ordering, please do a work schedule check below. Turnaround indicates how soon you can expect a review copy of your project. Workload is color coded as follows:

Low workload,
5 - 7 day turnaround 		Normal workload,
8 to 10 day turnaround		 Heavy workload, 14-21 day turnaround CLOSED - no new orders are accepted until current workload is finished

Process

Once I receive your order and payment for 50% of the selected budget, I'll request a synopsis and any available artwork.  I will get to work on a concept and provide a storyboard and/or a 1st draft of your promo for your feedback.  After we agree on the theme of the project, you will be entitled to 2 major revisions. When you approve the final version of the promo, I will send a copy in either a Windows Media (.wmv) or Quicktime (.mov) file format, plus submit it to my distribution network.
